HEALING WORKSHOP REGISTRATION

Unlearn your pain and embrace recovery alongside an intimate group of peers and expert PRT recovery coaches. This class will meet virtually on Wednesday mornings from 10 – 11:30AM Pacific Time for eight weeks: September 3, September 10, September 17, September 24, October 1, October 8, October 15, and October 22.

You will connect with peers experiencing chronic symptoms and learn the key psychoeducation, tools and techniques of Pain Reprocessing Therapy. There will be time for discussion, reflection, and questions in small break-out groups.

Please note this is not individual therapy or group therapy. Although there will be space to process more challenging concepts and seek guidance, the purpose of this workshop is mainly psychoeducation and a place to promote further self-work and PRT integration.
