SUPPORT GROUP REGISTRATION

Navigate relationship dynamics with greater confidence, develop strategies to reduce conflict, and learn how to care for yourself while caring for others. Discover Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT) and Emotional Awareness and Expression Therapy (EAET) tools for patients and caregivers alike. This group will meet virtually on Thursday mornings from 10 – 11 AM Pacific Time for six weeks: July 16, July 23, July 30, August 6, August 13, and August 20.

The group combines PRT and EAET education and experiential exercises as well as discussion, reflection, and questions. Join us to connect with peers who understand the demands of the caregiver role and expert facilitators who have lived it themselves.

Please note this is not individual therapy or group therapy. Although there will be space to process challenging concepts and seek guidance, the purpose of this workshop is mainly education and group support from others who “get it”.
